This policy applies to our review site, which publishes independent assessments of Kalshi and other operators for readers in Australia. We are not the operator of any reviewed service. Kalshi is run by KalshiEX LLC (Kalshi Inc.), which is regulated by the CFTC (U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission) as a Designated Contract Market and holds no licence valid in Australia. Any account you open with an operator is governed by that operator's own privacy terms, not this policy.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our content is intended for persons aged 18+ only.
Data we collect
We collect only limited information:
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page.
- Information you send us voluntarily, such as your name, email address and message when you use our contact form.
- Cookie identifiers, as described below.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or gambling account credentials, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18+.
How we use data
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
- To answer enquiries you send us.
- To measure which content is read, using aggregated statistics.
- To track referrals when you follow a link to an operator, where an affiliate arrangement exists.
We do not sell personal information.

We retain contact messages only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal requirements.
